Project Details:
- Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre, New Theatre & Associated public domain improvements,
- Mixed use residential neighbourhood, community facilities, creative workplace and public square in Haymarket,
- New Novotel Hotel within the Darling Harbour Live precinct,
- Urbanest student accommodation and
- Associated road works on Darling Harbour Drive,
- Darling Quarter residential & commercial buildings.
Services Supplied:
- Survey management and all survey resourcing for the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre, Theatre, Northwest Commercial Building, Urbanest student accomodation (Client – Buildcorp.),
- Up to 12 surveyors/teams provided,
- Associated contracts for earthworks, piling, structural steel, glass facade, masonry, formwork, drainage, electrical and landscaping,
- Calculations and monitoring of the spiral ramps to the main convention level,
- Setting out over 1200 piles for the ground works including raking piles,
- Terrestrial laser scanning the entry to the theatre for the construction of bespoke LCD screens,
- Vertical and horizontal control of the lift shafts.
