  • Construction of 30,000 seat stadium and facilities associated with the use of the stadium including function centre, bars, food and drink sites & players facilities,
  • Exposed precast concrete external steel beams, roof cladding systems with steel structural beams,
  • Provisions of 500 car parking spaces on site and
  • New public domain and landscaping works surrounding the stadium.
