This Media Consent Form is effective on the date of submission of this form, by the Party who acknowledges and agrees to the terms below:
1. The Party grants Engineering Setout Pty Ltd (trading as ESO Surveyors and Gateway Survey & Planning) (The Company) to use their image in photographs and video in either ESO Surveyors’ or Gateway Survey & Planning’s publications, both print and digital forms, including the Company's website, newsletters, emails, social media posts, videos, brochures, and advertisements.
2. The Party also consents to the use of their image by the Company's Client, Photographer, or the Principal in whole or part, in all forms, for whatever purpose the Client or the Principal deem appropriate.
3. In giving this consent, the Party releases the Company and the Company's Client, Photographer, and Principal from liability for any violation of any personal or propriety right the Party may have in connection with any sale, reproduction, or use of their image.
4. The Party further agrees that the Company may authorise the use of the image or footage by trusted third parties if, in the Company's opinion, such use provides a marketing or promotional benefit to ESO Surveyors.
